Receiving treatment from Total Body Therapy is easier than you  think.

Our friendly staff will contact your provider to obtain the necessary referral and coordinate your paperwork. All you need to do is follow these steps to a healthier you:

1. Please call one of our offices, Monday-Friday, 8am – 5pm.
2. We will gather personal information to create your patient account (name, address, insurance, etc.).
3. We will verify your insurance and its requirements.
4. We will contact your primary care provider to obtain a referral/physician’s order. For most standard policies, Anthem/Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and Harvard Pilgrim, a primary care referral is required.  If your insurance does not require a referral, by law a physician’s order from your primary care provider that will be monitoring your care is required.
5. Upon receiving the required referral/physician’s order, the receptionist will contact you within 48 hours to schedule an appointment.
