Myofascial Release is a treatment approach that addresses the entire fascial system, a web of tiny fluid filled microtubules that exist in a multidimensional structure surrounding every cell in our body.

Fascia is what composes over 80% of what we consider muscle tissue. If there is a disturbance in one part of the fascia, it will subsequently effect another part of the fascia. Myofascial release is used to identify and release areas of restrictions in the fascial system and aims to produce a well-balanced, mobile and symmetrical body.

Myofascial Release can provide relief for a wide range of medical problems, including:

  • back pain
  • Fibromyalgia
  • headaches
  • neck aches
  • sports and orthopedic injuries
  • neurological and autoimmune disorders
  • dizziness and tinnitus
